Registration

Step 1 - Go to https://www.oxloop.com/ from any Web browser or download the Oxloop App from the Google Playstore on android and Appstore on Ios.
Step 2 - After Opening the page or the app you will see the signup button on your screen, click on the signup button, give in your email (recommended) or phone number to receive a login id and the password.
Step 3 - Put the login id and password that you have received on your mail or phone number and start with the process and fill up the necessary information on the page.
Step 4 - After successfully completing the process you will get two options on the page. 1. I am an Educator and 2. I am a Student. Click on I am an Educator and you will get the option to create your new institute.
There are two methods to add student in your institute.
Method 1: Ask students to send request and Institute will accept their registration
Step 1 - Institute should inform students to go to https://www.oxloop.com/ or download the Oxloop App from the Google Playstore on android and Appstore on iOS.
Step 2 - After Opening the page or the app you will see the signup button on your screen, click on the signup button, give in your email or phone number to receive a login id and the password.
Step 3 - Put the login id and password that you have received on your mail or phone number and start with the process and fill up the necessary information on the page.
Step 4 - After successfully completing the process you will get two options on the page 1. I am an Educator and 2. I am a Student. Then select I am a Student.
Step 5 - Now on the page type the name of the institute you want to register to in search & select it---> Select the Batch or Type in Custom Box given ---> Submit request to institute.
Step 6 - Institute can access the User requests received from Student Under the User Panel from the Admin/Owners Account.

Method 2: Institute to send invite and student will register and accept
Step 1 - Institute can send a invite to Student from the User Panel from the Admin/Owners Account. Just follow the Path given below to access the user panel:- Login ---> My Resources ---> Users ---> New ---> Student. Put the email or Phone number and then click on Add User button. Add the batch if you wish to.
Step 2 - A invite email or SMS goes to the student. If he is a new user who is not registered on oxloop then he will receive a Login ID and a Password. Student has to use these credentials to login on Oxloop from the Web browser or the Oxloop App.
If he is already a registered user in Oxloop he can login with his existing ID and accept the invite that appears on the notification icon on the top.
Step 1 - Login into your Admin/Owners account on Oxloop (web) and go to My Resources and open the Users tab in it.
Step 2 - Now on the top right side of the page your will see buton on the screen, just click on the button and it will ask you to fill in the batch and role for which you want to bulk upload, just click on download after filling the information. The excel will be downloaded on the PC/Laptop.
Step 3 - Open the excel downloaded, enable macros on it and then start filling the Excel with the data and once done click on finish.
Step 4 - To upload the excel now on the same users page Click on the New Button on the top left and at the bottom you will see the option for Import from Excel, select that option and then navigate to the excel file that you have saved on the Pc/Laptop and upload the file here. On succcessfully uploading you will see the students being invited from the Invited by the Institute panel on the same page.
Yes, you can do it from App/Web:-
Step 1 - Log-in into your Oxloop account from App or Web.
Step 2 - Now on the screen swipe left and a menu will appear. From the Menu please select the User Management option and go to the batch from the drop down. After the page opens on the bottom right of the page you will be able to see a “+” button, click on the button to access the batch adding process.
Step 3 - After entering the batch adding page, Type the desired batch name and select the exam appear date for the batch (not mandatory) and click on checkbox below if you want the students to send the request to this batch while they search your institute on Oxloop.
Step 4 - After all this click on the done button on the top right corner of the page to add the new batch.

Exams - FAQs from Institutes

You can conduct MCQ‘s, OMR as well as Subjective Exams.
Yes. Oxloop provide wide range of exam timing options for institutes to conduct online.
Create: Owner/Admin role can create a Subjective Assignment by simply uploading a Question Paper.
Schedule: They will schedule the time frame within which student have to upload assignment sheets from their end.
Student to Upload: Student can upload answer sheet using Oxloop App or web URL or a link sent to student on their email.
Check: Checkers can be assigned will check the answer sheet on the Oxloop Interface which is completely seamless and fully loaded with checking tools!
There is no requirement of saving document in a particular location or uploading on device it somewhere. The Checker gets a seamless experience of checking and submitting it to student!
Report Generation: On submission a score is recorded in the report panel and remains for future reference to the institute and student
eOMR (MCQs) is like exams conducted using physical OMR sheet. In Oxloop we have digitized the OMR sheet in an Android App!
Professional (MCQs) is like online competitive entrance exams like GRE/GMAT/IIT/JEE/NEET entrance.
Yes, eOMR can be conducted both on Android and IOS. Student cannot take eMOR paper through Web Browser.
Yes, Educators can create a question bank.
No, student cannot submit the answer sheet after the time is over. Only admin can upload answer sheet on behalf of student after the exam time is over.
Step 1- Login on web as an Owner/Admin.
Step 2- Go to Resources panel under My Resources and click on the Subjective Assignment.
Step 3- Now you will be guided to a new page where you need to put in the Data as necessary. And finish the exam when done.
Step 4- Schedule the exam to either a whole batch or and individual students as per your choice.
Yes, you can upload a question paper in word format. But it is recommended to upload in pdf.

Exams - FAQs from Students

Students can upload their Answer Sheet through various methods-
Method 1- Clicking Photo of answers sheet.
Method 2- They can directly upload scanned PDF file through Web or App.
Yes. If such issues come, please close the app completely from background. The student can upload answer sheet file (PDF) from App using ‘Start Exam on Web’ option or ‘Upload Answer Sheet from Web’.
Step 1- Open the subjective exam from your login on App.
Step 2- Click on ‘Start Exam On Web’ and then click ‘Upload’ or use ‘Upload Answer Sheet from Web’.
Step 3- Navigate to the answer sheet file (PDF) and Click on upload.
Step 4: Click on Submit so that the answer sheet is submitted successfully.
You also can get a link on Email if you have verified the email id on your profile in Oxloop. The exam link for subjective exam only goes to your verified email account from where you can initiate the exam.
Alternatively, you can also use option to upload using oxloop.com from web browser. See instruction provided in next FAQ.
Yes, Student can upload answer sheet file (PDF) from Web.

Please close the App (completely from brackground as well) and reopen the app.
Reinstall the App
No, the exam will only be submitted once the time is out or you submit it from your end.
If you have already started the exam then you will be allowed to join the exam and can continue attempting the exam for remaining period of exam.

You can share your study material through the ‘Resources’ panel under ‘My Resources’ using the share icon that appears on the right side of the content.

Checking Answer Sheets

Checker can correct answer sheet of student assigned through the App and Laptop from his account.
You can delete the file from device and redownload the answer file.
No, two checkers cannot correct the exam paper with the proper allocation of papers.

Notifications

Exam notification are sent on email id & on App. Links for the subjective exam is sent on the email you can start exam directly by clicking on the Link.
